Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The only hand washing station for employees was being blocked off by a pallet.
Corrective Action(s): All hand washing stations must be easily accessible for employees to use at all times.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: 1) Pest control company noted that pests were found during last inspection. 2) There are droppings throughout entire facility near the walls and in between pallets. 3) Not enough traps set, and also the frequency of pest control coming is not adequate because all the bait is eaten.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Increase the frequency of pest control company visits from once per month to once per week. Once the problem gets better, you can lower it to twice per month. 2) Clean all the droppings then sanitize with 100-200 ppm bleach water sanitizer. 3) Set more traps and have the pest control company replace the traps/bait more frequently.

Observation: The loading bay doors have tiny space where pests can enter.
Corrective Action(s): Seal the entry points for the loading bay doors. Have the pest control company do a thorough check of the entire facility and seal any entrance points.
