Regular pest control is in place - be sure to follow all instructions on reports. Pest problem still persists; however, seems to have greatly decreased.
Cleanliness has improved - thank you. Continue to maintain kitchen in a cleanly manner. Pay special attention to under equipment where food debris and grease may collect. Also, ensure no water/moisture is left on floor at the end of the day,
Work on organizing your coolers - especially back undercounter 2 door cooler.
