Observation: Observed 3-compartment tap in the front peeling area to be adhereed with tefon. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION from report JCHY-CJQS26.

Observed undercounter cooler at the front peeling area to measure an air ambient temperature 15.5C.
Corrective Action(s): Service the 3-compartment sink tap with sealant without using teflon to adhere the joints together. Corrected by: 5 months.
Service the under counter cooler to measure an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Corrected by: 1 week.

Routine Inspection Conducted Today.

Operator informed that the premises are only preparing and packaging bottled juices. No walk-in clients. Operator will only do bottle juices for wholesale.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles and sanitizer buckets at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for juice peeling area and main production area. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72.7C final rinse temperature.
Stand-up coolers measured at measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.

Flaxseed Oil Room
-Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. 3-compartment sink available.
-Premises not approved to sell flaxseed oil until health approval is granted. Flaxseed oil in R&D phase.
