Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. Recommend checking with a max hold thermometer every day. The glasswasher had 100ppm chlorine. Test strips available. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. Test strips were available. FoodSafe equivalent certified staff present. Food was stored off the ground in the storage room. No evidence of pests. A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports reviewed during the inspection. General sanitation was satisfactory.
