Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable cutter was found to have food debris (red onion) from the previous night. This is a continuing violation.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized at the end of each night. Prior to cleaning and sanitizing equipment, a presoak step may be required.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to May 14, 2019.
-Bleach sanitizer at 200ppm was prepared in the 2-compartment sink and sanitizer pail at the time of inspection.
-Foods were properly stored off the ground and protected from contamination at the time of inspection.
-Walk-in cooler light bulbs have been repaired.
-Door seal for the walk-in cooler will still need to be repaired/replaced. A good seal between the door and cooler is required to prevent loss of cold refrigeration air.
