-Follow-up inspection to November 6, 2018. -One of the door sweeps have been installed. The other door sweep needs to be installed. -Pest control has been contacted and will be on-site this week. Areas affected by droppings have been cleaned and sanitized. -Top tomato box was found to have a few mouldy tomatoes. Items were removed at time of inspection. Ensure staff check stock when they arrive to ensure they are in good condition. -Facility is thinking about installing a ventless deep fryer. Contact the City Fire Inspector to determine any requirements. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
