Premises sell dry food products in bulk and pre-packaged.
70% isopropyl alcohol wipes are available for sanitizing.
*Equip an extra bottle of bleach sanitizer - 1/2 tsp of bleach to 1 L of water.
Freezer at -18C or below.
Operator stated open bulk food items are covered with plastic bag before closing.

*Operator to provide invoice for pickled green plum and meat jerky during the follow up inspection.
*Equip at least one tincat trap inside the premises.
