Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff observed to eat lunch with gloved hands, then proceed to wash gloved hands and go to continue with food preparation.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Gloves removed and hands washed, new gloves donned.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure after contaminating gloves that hands are washed and new gloves are donned. Staff are not to wash gloves as this is not proper hand washing.
