2. Deep cleaning needed for department; focus on the following areas:

- whipped cream machine station; cream appears to have dripped between work stations
- under 4 door prep stations
- mat for 4 door prep station

as this is a repeat item), contact refrigeration technician to have unit assessed.

- Unsanitized equipment used

2. Spray bottle of QUATS sanitizer nearly empty, measured between 100-200ppm
