Front Concession:
Traulsen upright cooler removed from premises. Non commercial fridge installed. Fridge cold holding at <4c. Top freezer side cold holding at <-18c
Dishwasher at 77c (At Plate Level)
**Monitoring log missing 1 fridge. Change heading on monitoring log as the "2 door Traulsen Fridge" is no longer on the premises.
