Follow up inspection:
-Faucet to enable access to cold running water was replaced at the handsink. Handsink was supplied with both hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
-Salad cooler was at or below 4C. Operator had defrosted it. It was equipped with a thermometer.
-New curtains for the glasswasher will be ordered according to the operator, correct within 3 weeks. Curtains appear visibly worn out. Operator stated that they will sanitize the current set of curtains of the glasswasher.
-Paper towel dispenser was available at the handsink at the bar.
-codes 212 and 314 are still outstanding from the initial inspection. Please submit a copy of your food safety plan and sanitation plan to the district Environmental Health Officer for review and health approval; correct within 1 month.
