Note: Small amounts of foods stored on-site because the church kitchen is used minimally. -2-door cooler at 3C. -Single door cooler at 4C. -Kimchi cooler was 2C/0C. Note: Second kimchi cooler is empty and turned off. -Chest freezer at -18C. -Upright freezer at -18C. - Dry storage area is well organized. -High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). -Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer prepared when kitchen is used. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
