Corrective Action(s): Drain and replaced with 100 ppm solution. Ensure this spray bottle is changed every 3 or 4 days max (bleach solution doesn't work after some time).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both handwash stations in kitchen lack paper towels (or battery for dispensing dead).

**Back up roll placed on wall now accessible for staff. OK.

Comments

- Ensure surface sanitizing in kitchen and dining areas occurs frequently and especially after contamination with raw meats during prep. Clean and sanitize as you go!
- General organization is good. Dishwasher (low temp) at 75 to 100 ppm. OK.
- Temperature controls for cooling and freezing foods good.
**recommend upright freezer get defrosted prior to next inspection.
