Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on July 18, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-AZUT4V). - Walk-in cooler has been serviced. Operator stated that air circulation had been reversed in one of the fans - this issue has now been addressed. Ambient temperature of cooler now at 4C. You may now use this cooler for potentially hazardous foods Begin monitoring walk-in cooler temperatures through temperature logs.
