- Floor slab cracks/ holes have been sealed in ECOMM Area - Chemical dispenser tubing has been adjusted to minimize potential chemical contamination at produce prep sinks. - Doorsweeps have been installed at loading bay and back doors. **Large gaps have been identified at the edge of each loading door. Operator advised that pest control company has also identified issue and will be installing sweeps to address issue. **Ensure that all equipment and food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized before using.** **Ensure all other City of Burnaby Department requirements are met.** Health Approval to Operate granted.
