Routine inspection. Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers are at 4c or below. Freezer for icecream at -27c. Bait cooler at 3c. No pest activity noted during time of inspection. All foods are located off the floor. Overall facility is in sanitary condition. NOTE: the following equipment is currently not in operation: 1. Slurpee beverage machines. This beverage machine must be cleaned and sanitized prior to use. 2. Standup cooler next to bait cooler. There are no foods stored in this cooler.
