- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available in a bucket with cloths stored in it
- High temp dishwasher reached >71C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate (<4C cooler, <-18C freezers)
- Coolers are equipped with thermometers except for the upright cooler by the rice cookers
- Foods are stored off of floor
- Pest control inspection report was reviewed. No activities in the interior.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff present



NOTE:
- Remove build up of ice in freezers
- Remove all newspaper and cardboard boxes from coolers & throughout the kitchen
- The cooler by the rice cookers are missing a thermometer. Ensure to place a thermometer properly so that temperature can be easily read.
- Shelves in the sushi prep area need cleaning
