General sanitation has improved. In-use wiping cloths are kept in buckets of bleach and water in between uses. Operator has not provided copies of pest control reports for the last two months for review. Copies of pest control reports to be dropped off or emailed to the undersigned for review by March 1, 2019 - provided business card to staff.
