- Premises is a bakery that operates for orders during holiday/ busy season. - Contrarian bakehouse file was opened 2021 September under the facility address as the bakery was being subleased. Contrarian bakehouse file to be combined and registered under Savary Online Bakery as per the new Fraser Health Commissary guideline. Ensure to notify the district inspector in the event of additional renters for review and approval. Contrarian bakehouse operation occurs on daily basis - orders are usually received online and items are shipped to customers. - Handsink is fully equipped. - High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above during the final rinse. - All coolers at 4C or below. - All freezers at -18C or below. - QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottle measured at 200ppm. - No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. Biweekly pest monitoring done by Abell pest control company. Recent report from 2022 September indicates no pest activity.
