Dishes and equipment are clean and stored in a sanitary manner.
Operator demonstrated good handwshing and food handling practices.

Operator states utensils and food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized within 2 hours - verified operator cleaning and sanitizing at the time of inspection.
Overall premises is sanitary, no signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
