Environmental Health Officer met with operator. Facility has been closed due to a fire in the building complex. There is extensive fire/smoke damage and facility is not currently accessible. Closure order has been issued to operator/owner stating the facility is to remain closed until further notice as a result of the fire. The following requires operators attention: 1. Provide Environmental Health Officer with details of the damages and the restoration of facility. 2. Please contact Environmental Health Officer prior to making any changes/restoration of the facility.. 3. Re-inspection to be conducted once the unit is accessible.
