Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JAHN-ANHURF of Jun-20-2017 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Shakers, blenders and spoons were being washed with detergent only at the end of the day. ) Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # JAHN-ANHURF of Jun-20-2017 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Handsink in the back area was not equipped with liquid soap.)

Comments

-Excess stock has been cleared from staff washroom -Sanitizer solution (100-200ppm chlorine) present in buckets for use with wiping cloths on counters -Procedures/schedule posted for staff to follow for washing and sanitizing blender jugs. -In use scoop and spatulas stored in ice water -Updated food safety procedures have been submitted for the addition of taiwanese pancake with the following toppings: red bean paste, prepared tuna, black tea pearls to the menu. -Manager has now taken Foodsafe level 1 training. Confirmation of completion shown at the time of the inspection.
