-Follow-up inspection to April 26, 2019.
-Faucet has been serviced and is no longer leaking hot water. Handwash station is accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Operator has reviewed proper hand hygiene practices. Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to good hand hygiene practices at all times.
-Bleach sanitizer prepared at 100ppm to 200ppm and stored in a labelled pail.
-Other chemical spray bottles in the facility were properly labelled.
-Did not observe any foods stored in opened cans at the time of inspection.
