Routine Inspection conducted today.
Restaurant not in operation at the moment.

COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan available but not on-site. Mask policy in place. Before opening, please have physical distancing decals and/or directional arrows in place. Sanitizer available for customer use, customer information for contact tracing, signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter, plexiglass barriers at the sushi bar, tables and chairs spaced at least 6 ft. apart to ensure physical distancing, and a health check for employees.

Freezer and Cooler in the kitchen meets health requirements. Sushi bar cooler and ice machine is not in operation.
No signs of pests.

Facility is to be closed until the critical violations are addressed and a follow-up inspection is conducted.
NOTE: Ensure that all equipment and sanitizer available/operational upon a follow-up inspection on February 22, 2021.
