Follow up inspection to verify compliance with outstanding issues noted in routine inspection report. -Sanitation has significantly improved. -Areas identified in routine inspection report have been cleaned and are free of grease/food debris. -Grease soiled materials have been removed from the premises. -New stainless prep table is in place and self contained frying unit is stored on it. -Duct tape was removed behind 2 comp. sink and silicone applied. -Dishwashing & mop sink area are accessible. -Dry storage room has been re-organized. -Tables/cart in dishwashing area have been removed. Ensure premises is maintained in this condition.
