Cider production started Sept. 1, 2019. Pre-production clean-up started late August. Sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. No production at time of inspection. Sanitizer used is chlorine based (concentration usually at 200 ppm or greater). Maintenance and cleaning logs were available and up to date. Production log available (for pasteurization) General sanitation was satisfactory. Fruit flies prevalent but pest control measures in place Walk-in cooler (located inside the store) for storing pasteurized apple cider was below 4 deg C (-1 to 2 deg C).
