Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel - Small under counter cooler temperature at 4 degree C - Small under counter temperature at degree C - Hot holding unit temperature at 75 degree C - Dry storage room is clean -General sanitation is good, no sign of pests noted. -Good personal hygiene (hair net, gloves, hand washing) noted by food handlers. ** Bleach solution in spray bottle was too strong- instructed the staff to dilute it- one oz of bleach in 1 gallon of water ( 1/2 tsp in spray bottle) 100 ppm No signature obtained due to covid- verbally explained and provided a copy to the staff on duty.
