Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # MUPN-CZCV8D of Jan-10-2024 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand washing station in main kitchen area was blocked with a large container of ketchup packets and a cart of metal containers was stored in front of it. The single sink that staff said that they wash their hands (preparation sink) had liquid soap but no paper towel. Correction: Hand washing stations must be easily accessible at all times and stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water at all times.
