Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-AW2RB7: - Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine solution. Ensure to have surface sanitizers available at all times to sanitize food contact surfaces. - Paper towel dispenser has been installed at the handwashing station. The handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. - A rubber seal has been installed at the bottom of the delivery gate to fully close the gate. There is no visible gap. Note: - The offices upstairs and on the first level have been finished. This area will not be used for food packaging.
