Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser by hand washing station did not have any paper towel. Soap dispenser was not functioning properly upon initial inspection.
Operator stated tray of single use paper towel was used to dry hands that was located next to garbage can. Operator fixed soap dispenser during inspection such that it was dispensing soap properly.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand washing stations are always supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use disposable paper towels.

Food Storage
Front display cooler containing food wraps measured ambient temperature of 4 degrees C or less.
Upright refrigeration unit and under counter refrigeration units measure ambient temperature of 4 degrees C or less.
Upright freezer unit in back measured ambient temperature of -18 degrees C or less. All food items stored inside are in frozen state.

Cleaning and Sanitation
One hand wash station available dedicated for hand washing. Please see code 401.
2-compartment sink available for manual ware washing.
100 ppm chlorine solution tested in sink for chemical sanitizing.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
