Cleaning has been done as requested - back shelving has had product removed, cleaned off, then reorganized. Good - white bins have been scrubbed down - cleaning under onion cooler complete - handles and faucets in satisfactory condition. Remember regular hand washing will prevent food from building up in these areas. Scrub down hand wash faucets at least daily Sanitizer present and in use - measured at 100-200ppm. Note: Sanitizer provided for your dishwasher is a slightly stronger version of bleach - this is OK to use accordingly (use slightly less when mixing with water)
