Only distribution of bulk whole fruits, vegetables and for cold potentially hazardous foods: paneer and sour cream.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C. Sour cream stored at or below 4 degrees C.
Table by receiving area still only used for checking quality of received products.
All food stored off the floor.
General sanitation is satisfactory. No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.
Staff washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.

Reminder that repackaging is not allowed at this facility. Consult with your district environmental health officer for requirements on repackaging.

Some reorganization required in the front area of warehouse. Large quantity of empty boxes and pallets observed.
