Observation: Two droppings noted on floor of the dry storage room (in corner away from dry food that is up on shelves).
Corrective Action(s): Clean up droppings, keep items 6 inches up off of floor, and monitor for pests. If they are getting in, then seal holes.
If using pesticides, follow pesticide label requirements and make sure all legislation regarding pesticides is followed.

Lunches and dinners served to up to 20 clients.
Fridges are both at 4 C or colder. Temperature records are being kept - good.
Food safety plan (generic) is on site. Follow plan and note corrective actions if temperatures are not met..
Frozen food is defrosted in the fridge.
Reviewed turkey procedures - see BCCDC website for information on turkey and food safety. All portions of turkey are to be cooked to at least 74 C/ 1655 F (82 C/ 180 F - good).
Keep temperature records.
Cool hot foods quickly (use a cold water bath for soups and sauces) from 60 C - 20 C in 2 hours or less and 20 - 4 C in 4 hours or less.
Hand washing sink has liquid soap and paper towels.
Commercial dishwasher has a hot water final rinse to sanitize dishes and utensils (>71 C / 160 F inside of the machine was measured and 82 C/ 180 F was on the gauge - good).
Kitchen is well organized and clean.
