Comments

The staff's FoodSafe Level 1 certificates were renewed in July 2023, and are valid for 5 years. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Rice was hot held at > 60 C. The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine. No evidence of pests. Discussed pest control with staff on site. General sanitation was satisfactory.
