- All cooler units registered a temperature at or below 4 deg C
- All freezer units registered a temperature at or below - 18 deg C
- No hot holding observed at the time of inspection
- Handwashing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High temperature dishwasher available for mechanical warewashing, temperature registered at 72 deg C on plate surface during final rinse cycle
- Two-compartment sink is available
- Food contact sanitizer near the coffee machine registered at 200 ppm QUATs (the other sanitizer bucket and spray bottle, see code 302)
- Stir spoons stored in water wells with running water
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
- <10 flies noted on sticky traps, no flies seen flying in the facility
