Routine Inspection conducted today. 2-compartment sink available. Handwashing sink is apart of the 2-compartment sink. Stand-up coolers, display coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers and chest freezers measured at -18C or lower. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pests observed. NOTE: Submit Health Application requesting for name change. Corrected by: April 21, 2023 Overall, facility is well organized.
