Observation: Observed areas the kitchen had droppings along the wall. Asked operator when cleaning was done and was advised that it was done in the past few days. Also advised that it could have been missed
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the area immediately. Operator needs to initiate a checklist for opening and closing shifts to do a sweep around the facility to ensure that all areas are free of pest droppings.

Follow-up inspection for JPAK-AXJUYJ

Resolved violations:
1. Cooler is now repaired to a good working order; measured temperature to be at 0-2 C. Ensure to continue to monitor for temperature throughout the day
2. Sanitation improved significantly. Still have a bit more work to do around the kitchen grill.
3. Back service area have been cleaned and removed all mice droppings.
4. Gaps in the back door have been covered with weather stripping.

Outstanding violations:
1. Damaged walls around the premises is being dealt with. Operator is to identify all holes in the wall and once repaired, send photos of the fixes via email.
2. Pest activity seem to be still active. Many of the areas have already been cleaned up but require continuous monitoring.
