Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed:
- Cleaning has been completed in dry storage room. All mouse droppings have been removed and no additional droppings were observed at time of the inspection.
- Dry storage room has been re-organized. No food items are being stored on lowest shelf at this time.
- Food was protected from contamination with dry goods stored in pest proof containers with lids closed.
- Pest proofing was completed in dry storage room - lower portions of walls were reinforced with FRP.
- Additional pest proofing to be completed within clubhouse including screening windows
- Pest control company was on-site for additional service (blitz) with additional traps set throughout the building. Report viewed at time of the inspection.
- Pest control service has been increased to weekly.

Ongoing measures to be taken:
- Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation and ensure premises is kept organized and free from clutter.
- Continue to monitor for any additional evidence of rodent presence and notify Pest Control Technician of location observed so that control measures can be implemented. Follow any recommendations of Pest Control Technician.
- Ensure that any mouse droppings observed are cleaned up promptly and the surface sanitized.
- Ensure food is always protected from contamination.
