Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Sandwich prep cooler repaired, now operating ~1'C.
Foods stored in inserts placed on ice now can be transferred back to the unit for normal use. Sandwich prep cooler can be used now.

All hot foods stored in the pull out drawers >60'C, except the cooked vegetables. According to the provided written records, vegetables were placed <30minutes prior to the inspection and to be discarded at 1:00pm. OK.
Time tracking records checked at this time. No foods had to be discarded after 2 hours, since keeping only small amount each time- to be used within 1-2 hrs. Good. Picture of the records taken at this time.

One of the pull out drawer hot holding units still requires a repair- technician coming in today afternoon. Manager will contact the health inspector to notify.

Correction Order issued on July 26th, still in effect.

Please contact the health inspector once the unit is repaired.
