Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
High-temperature dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine final rinse. 3-compartment sink available. QUATs sanitizer spray bottle and dispenser measured at 200ppm. Chlorine spray bottle measured at 200ppm.
Prep cooler, undercounter cooler, display cooler measured at 4C or lower. Domestic coolers/freezers combo measured at 4C and -18C respectively. Stand-up freezers and chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Ice scoop oserved to be stored outside of ice machine.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

NOTE: Ensure to thoroughly clean underneath hard to reach areas such as underneath the espresso machine, baking worktable, and stand-up freezer area to prevent dust build-up. When filling up QUATs sanitizer bottle ensure the dispenser is run for 30 seconds.

Overall, facility is well organized and sanitation satisfactory.
