Routine inspection: Note: chocolate and confit no longer produced at this location. Hand sink in production area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Production area provided with a 2 compartment sink for manual warewashing. Demo area 2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Domestic type dishwasher (NSF certification) equipped with sani rinse cycle. Clean in place for mixing tank and filling tank. 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution to be used when in production of sauces. Pest control services in place. General sanitation is adequate.
