Observation: 1) Rodenticide in pest control boxes are in the back storage room with food. Rodenticide cannot be deployed in food storage areas
2) Jug of oil stored beside pringles in cardboard and plastic wrap. Chemicals cannot be stored together with food. No signs of contamination upon inspection

Routine Inspection
-Handwashing stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot water
-Coolers measured 4 C or less
-Freezers measured -18C or less
-Ice machine in clean condition. ice scoop is stored in a clean bag.
-Old rodent droppings in the back corner of the storage room. Ensure all areas are cleaned off.
-Slurpee machine is in clean condition
-Microwave is in clean condition
-Quat sanitizer is available and between 200-400ppm
-Retail isles are well maintained. Recommendation to remove kick plates at bottom of isles to facilitate cleaning.
