Routine Inspection -Handwashing stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot water -Coolers measured 4 C or less -Freezers measured -18C or less -Ice machine in clean condition. ice scoop is stored in a clean bag. -Old rodent droppings in the back corner of the storage room. Ensure all areas are cleaned off. -Slurpee machine is in clean condition -Microwave is in clean condition -Quat sanitizer is available and between 200-400ppm -Retail isles are well maintained. Recommendation to remove kick plates at bottom of isles to facilitate cleaning.
