inspection 255405 Ice machine dirty; stop using until entire machine is cleaned and sanitized. Increase frequency to ensure ice is safe to eat. Evidence of mice droppings (minor) on one wall. Please sanitize and plug holes where needed. PCO on site monthly. General sanitation throughout premise needs attention. Walk through with operator. Clean and sanitize entire premise within one week.
