Observation: Sanitation issues noted at the bottom left corner of 3 compartment sink (moisture and dirt build up) and right bottom corner of front counter (old dry looking rodent droppings).
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas noted in the observation section. Correct this by: April 2, 2022.

Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CCRSS6 conducted:

Closure order rescinded at this time.
Foods are stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids.
Huge improvement noted in regards to cockroach activity.
Professional pest control company is contracted. Routine visits are scheduled. Recent pest control report reviewed on site (dated March 30, 2022). Treatment applied for cockroaches, mouse and rats.
Most of items that are not required for day-to-day operations has been removed which improved their clutter issue.
Staffs with valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate was on site.
Coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers measured at -18C or less.
