Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris observed on two knives used for cutting pizza. These knives were stored on the preparation table.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned knives. Dirty knives must be cleaned and sanitized at least every two hours or immediately after use.

Routine inspection:
- Prep cooler & walk-in cooler maintained at 4C or lower.
- Glass door beverage cooler at 9C. No potentially hazardous food stored inside.
- Display cooler not in use. Only non-potentially hazardous beverages stored inside.
- Domestic freezer functional.
- Pizza warmer not in use at the time of inspection. Usually the pizza is time tracked for a maximum of 45 minutes, after which the pizza is discarded.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- Meat slicer maintained in a sanitary condition.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No sign of pest activities observed on site.
