Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station in washroom was found to have hot/cold running water and paper towels however no liquid soap. Bar soap was available but can lead to contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Operator removed bar soap immediately. Liquid soap was made available during time of inspection. DO NOT USE BAR SOAP, only liquid soap for handwashing.

Observation: Daily sanitizing/cleaning schedule was not available onsite. Cleaning and sanitizing is done regular basis but there are no records.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to implement cleaning schedule and record on routinely basis.

Routine inspection.

Kitchen area:
Handwashing stations in kitchen are equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All coolers found at 4c or below and equipped with thermometers.
All Freezers at -18c.
Hot holding at >60c.
Bleach water available for sanitizing.
All dry storage items are being stored at least 6" off the floor.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection. Orkin is contracted for pest control on monthly basis.
Employees observed to have proper protective wear and good hygiene (ie. aprons and hair constraints)
Foodsafe certified employees available onsite.
Overall sanitation is satisfactory.


Pita processing area:
Handwashing station is fully equipped.
All flour and dry food items are being stored 6" off the floor.
Overall sanitation is satisfactory.


The following requires operators attention:
1. see above noted violations
2. Provide a copy of the pest control invoice for 2018.
3. Ensure all pita processing procedures are being documented. This includes logging of lot numbers and dates.
