Routine inspection conducted:

- Facility is used for the production of wine
- Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in a dispenser are available for hand washing (front two-compartment sink)
- Chlorinated trisodium phosphate available for sanitizing of carboys and primary buckets. Solution was tested at 200 ppm chlorine at time of inspection.
- Rinsing station and potassium metabisulphite solution available for customers to rinse and sanitize their own bottles
- New bottles are also available for customers
- Wine in production is stored off the ground on wire racks
- General sanitation good
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
