Follow up inspection conducted:
Premises has been closed since January 31. Re-inspection conducted.
Lab tests provided by "Pinchin"; all test results show <1 E.coli for all surfaces swabbed throughout store and back storage area. Copies of reports provided.
Premises will be using a reefer truck temporarily until walk in cooler and freezer units are replaced (which could take up to 6 weeks). Reefer truck will be permanently parked and connected to the back storage area, and has a separate cooler and freezer storage compartment. Truck to be re-fueled regularly and will not be moved. It will need to run 24/7 so that cooler/freezer is always on. Cooler compartment at 0 deg C, freezer compartment at -18 deg C. All foods in reefer truck to be stored on pallets, temperature to be checked and logged twice daily.
All coolers in store were at 4 deg C or less
All freezers in store at -18 deg C or less

Construction equipment to be removed from store. Follow up inspection to be done to verify that dairy cooler is functional and at 4 deg C or less.
