Bowl instead of appropriate scoop was found in container with curry/sauce. Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all food items in the cooler are covered by lids or food grade plastic wrap in order to avoid possible contamination 2. Facility is providing take-out only. - All coolers (walk-in cooler and display cooler) are at or below 4C - All freezers (trunk and stand-up) are below -18C - Dry storage is satisfactory - 3 compartment sink is used appropriately with bleach sanitizer on-site - Fume hood is clean.
