Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizing bucket at the fall end of the prep line measured with 50 ppm quats solution. 200-400 ppm is needed to properly sanitizing food surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded the aforementioned quats solution and refill it with 200 ppm quats solution. Clean and sanitize the area around the prep line.

Observation: Kitchen door connected to the patio was open without a screen door. This is an outstanding violation.

Follow-up inspection:
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available from the dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 76C at the plate level.
- Glass washer dispensed 12.5 ppm iodine.
- Tables had been moved part to maintain 2 meters distance.
- Foodsafe requirement met at the time of inspection.
- Operator to move the paper dispenser at the bar area closer the hand washing station.
